She connects robots, cashierless stores and AI agents, usually as the first designer in the room. She founded the multimodal UX and research program behind the Star Wars BB-8 and Force Band consumer robots. At Amazon she was founding UX designer for Just Walk Out, worked on Amazon Monthly Payments, and was founding UX designer on the agentic developer studio for the LLM-powered Alexa+. In 2026 she moved to Humana to design emerging products, and she teaches as an adjunct at CU Denver. Serial first designer.
