He connects augmented-reality effects with the first mass-market proactive agent. Across eight years at Meta he moved from AR and XR effects to leading the team that reimagined the Meta AI app. In early 2026 he was asked to drop everything for a new project at Meta Superintelligence Labs and built a team from scratch to make a truly personal assistant. It launched in September 2026 as Muse: an agent written in Rust that runs in its own virtual machine for each person, with guardrails and human-in-the-loop controls. A computer of its own, for everyone.
