She connects shopping search with checkout inside AI. At Google she led AI shopping product from December 2022, then from May 2025 served as Global Product Lead for Agentic Commerce, shipping the Universal Commerce Protocol in January 2026 alongside agentic checkout and Business Agent. She left Google in April 2026 and in May guest-lectured at the Yale School of Management. A protocol with her fingerprints on it.
