She connects frontier-model launches with the unglamorous work inside real companies. As a product manager at OpenAI she was responsible for the GPT-3.5 and GPT-4 launches, including early versions of ChatGPT. She then left to co-found Worktrace AI with researcher Deepak Vasisht, building agents that observe how people work and automate the repetitive parts.
